Al Bayan Foundation Baltistan has taken this approach and arranged multiple teacher training workshop programs to equip teachers with effective teaching techniques. By focusing on basic teaching methodology, digital teaching, and early childhood education, Al Bayan Foundation Baltistan ensures that teachers have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality education to their students. This will eventually benefit the children and help them reach their full potential.
Teachers are the Backbone of Quality Education
Every student around the narrow mountains deserves trained teachers. Teachers are the roots of quality education. However, in remote areas, teachers lack access to training opportunities. We conduct training programs for teachers from early childhood through middle school, using modern, kind, child-friendly methods and digital tools. We aim to train teachers to learn how to keep students motivated and provide a learning environment.
Build Confidence:
We train teachers to build students’ confidence and create a better tomorrow. In 2021 and 2022, Al Bayan Foundation Baltistan conducted a five-day workshop for teachers from ECD to middle school. In this workshop, twenty-eight teachers attended. We provided a famous trainer in Gilgit Baltistan, Sir Aslam Naz, Master trainer Nasir, and ECD trainers Madam Shahena and Madam Syeda Shehnaz Batool. They divided the workshops into three sections:
Morning Session:
Sir Aslam trained teachers in the morning session by presenting a presentation on projector.in this section, he highlighted that teacher should be friendly not a friend and relationship between teacher and student.
Evening Session:
Sir Nasir, Madam Shahena, and Madam Syeda Shahnaz Batool presented a presentation and performed activities for better understanding. They pointed out how to create a friendly environment in a class and how to motivate students toward a brighter future.
Night Session:
This session included a group discussion among teachers about issues most face during class and how to handle or solve them. Trainers clarified each teacher’s confusion and created a comfortable environment. Al Bayan Foundation Baltistan provided all required items such as a projector, pens, notebooks, and all ECD kits.
Happy Ending of Workshop:
Al Bayan Foundation Baltistan created unforgettable memories with the educational teachers by conducting a picnic. After performing a valuable tableau, all participants including, including trainers and teachers, concluded what they learned during the five-day training. The educational director of Gilgit-Baltistan and the deputy director of the district of Shigar visited, observed, and shared their point of view.
Closing ceremony:
In the closing ceremony, our chief guests were the educational director of Gilgit-Baltistan and the deputy director of the district of Shigar. All teachers and SMC (School Management Committee) members were participants. Our chief guests shared their experiences with us and motivated all members, including teachers and SMC (School Management Committee) members. Then, certificates and awards were distributed to all participants.
No compromise on Child health:
Our priority is child health, whether is mental health or physical health. We have highlighted everywhere that no one should compromise on child health, so we conduct different seminars for parents and teachers.
Walk Together, not Individual:
Our main goal is to make teachers and parents understand that they must be united to create a successful and powerful future by providing quality education as well as removing or eliminating child labor.
Be a Friendly not a Friend:
We train teachers by pointing out that they must be friendly in a class not a friend. Children learn quickly in a friendly environment. In this session teachers discussed their view points and experiences.
Build Aware Community:
We believe that a well train teacher can build a strong community with great vision by understanding the importance of quality education.
By training teachers, we are nurturing and building our youth and community. We conduct regular workshops and training to create a strong youth with a brighter future!

Al Bayan Foundation Baltistan creates a path for every deserving student who wants to make their future full of happiness and brightness by providing a well-trained teacher in the beautiful woods of Gilgit Baltistan.
Provision of Quality Education to Create a Powerful Community:
We train teachers and organize a motivational program for parents and the school management committee to create powerful youth!
Bring Students Back to School:
When children start running towards fields with shovels in hand instead of books, at that moment Al Bayan Foundation Baltistan wakes up and smells the coffee by conducting awareness workshops to train teachers to bring students back to schools with smiling faces. We conduct programs for parents so they would understand the importance of quality education.
Conclusion:
Al Bayan Foundation Baltistan trains teachers in all Al Bayan Foundation schools across Gilgit Baltistan to provide a quality education to generate a powerful youth with a powerful mind-set. Our aim is to provide a quality education to bring everyone under an umbrella with hope and smiling faces running toward a school in the early morning fresh like a dew. We take feedback from parents and children to improve further. We believe when we create a path so no one has to knock on doors for quality education across the beautiful land.
